WELCOME TO
GHOSTLYTV
A home for strange stories, old folklore, Halloween history, mysterious places and atmospheric entertainment.
What is GhostlyTV?
GhostlyTV is an independent entertainment project exploring the stories people tell about ghosts, unexplained events, folklore and mysterious places.
Some stories have been passed down for centuries. Others began with documented historical events, eyewitness claims or local legends. And some are simply fiction created to entertain you after dark.
We're interested not only in whether something supposedly happened, but in where the story came from, how it changed and why people are still telling it.
Reported Stories
Famous alleged hauntings and unexplained experiences, explored alongside the documented history surrounding them.
Folklore
Traditional legends, strange creatures, ghostly figures and stories passed between generations and cultures.
Original Fiction
GhostlyTV's fictional stories are created purely for entertainment and are clearly identified as fiction.
Halloween
Halloween history, traditions, folklore, seasonal ideas and plenty of excuses to put pumpkins everywhere.
Watch
GhostlyTV plans to feature atmospheric cameras, recordings and occasional seasonal broadcasts where appropriate permissions allow.
Listen
Narrated versions of selected stories are planned for people who would rather listen with the lights off.
History, legend or fiction?
GhostlyTV does not present supernatural claims as established fact. Where a story involves documented history, reported experiences, folklore or disputed claims, we aim to make the distinction clear. Fiction is identified as fiction.
